Big infrastructure news for Sherman, TX!
Sherman is preparing for future growth with a brand-new 2-million-gallon water tower that will replace the city’s aging structure. The Sherman City Council recently approved the $15.7 million project, with construction set to begin this summer near Texas Instruments.
This will be Sherman’s first new water tower in more than a decade — and only the second built in the past 30 years. The tower will also feature illumination designed to welcome visitors as they enter the city.
With Sherman growing rapidly, investments like this play a critical role in supporting new neighborhoods, businesses, and long-term development opportunities.
